Yay... because I fixed an error in importing that Typepad caused, I must now go through the blog altering every link by hand. Thank you again, Six Apart!
(Images are broken on this site for that reason. It will take me a while (forever) to fix this.)

I have yet to decide if I want to save this blog, and if so, where I will save it to. That said, I already have other places I post to, and if you really want to read what I have to say, thank you.
The oldest of course is my LiveJournal page. It's hasn't been updated as frequently, but it will probably see more use now that Vox is closing.
I also Twitter, even though I've long resisted.
I have a Tumblr blog. Hopefully I can find the missing E for them.
One of these days, I hope to start putting stuff on my own domain, and finally be the master of my universe.

I guess I was closer to the mark than I thought when I called Six Apart absentee landlords with Vox. Yesterday, they announced that they're closing this place down. Curiously, a company that was once a web 2.0 darling (Six Apart developed the Movable Type software, and sold blogging platforms to professions via Typepad and Blogs.com) has had troubles getting attention, while younger upstarts like Tumblr passed them by. Six Apart has been dogged by rumors of being an acquisition target for a while, the latest being an almost merge with VideoEgg.
But this means little to me as I try to figure out what to do with this place before September 30th.
